YSX-250 4 Head Automatic Stone Moulding Machine, this machine is applied to profile and polish straight line for marble, artificial stone. The operation is very simple, put the slab on the conveyor belt, the belt will drive the material into working area automatic. The profile shapes is decided by profiling wheels. For different material, the numbers of wheel is different. Usually, use rough, middle rough and mirror polish wheels. The number is smaller, the wheel more rougher. The profile wheel adopts the layered grinding way to profile the shapes. The profile wheel use specially structure, which ensure the stability of whole processing. The machine can connect automatic polishing machine, greatly improve the capacity of stone straight line profile & polishing.
